West Amwell Land Use Board reviews code amendments, by-laws and approves vouchers; meeting adjourns

The Board reviewed multiple administrative items at the June 16 meeting. Members discussed agricultural-structure standards and said the Township Ag Committee would provide input; Planner Banisch noted the Ag Committee would report back following its meeting. Proposed amendments to Chapter 75 ("Dogs and Other Animals") and Chapter 109 (Accessory Uses and Structures) were discussed and the Board asked its professionals to review the draft language.
Chairman Pfeiffer led a page-by-page review of the Board’s by-laws and indicated he would forward a final draft to the Board attorney. The Board approved the bill list and a motion to approve the vouchers passed unanimously. The Board approved its May 19, 2026 minutes as revised with two members abstaining. There was no public correspondence. A motion to adjourn passed unanimously and "The meeting adjourned at 11:55 PM."
