Board finds Route 31N Urban Renewal application complete; waivers deemed reasonable

At the opening of the June 16 meeting the Land Use Board took a completeness-only item for Route 31N Urban Renewal, LLC — a proposed storage facility and office at 420 Route 31 (Block 21 Lot 14). Board Engineer Tom Decker reviewed his completeness memo and recommended the requested waivers were reasonable and that the Board find the application complete.
Board member Robin Deal moved to find the application complete; Lonnie Baldino seconded the motion and the roll-call vote was unanimous. Applicant representatives Attorney Erica Edwards and Engineer Ted Bayer were present for the completeness determination. The completeness finding means the application can proceed to technical review and, if required, future hearings with substantive testimony.
