Council members asked whether the structure included gutters or downpipes; board members said gutters were not part of the building as specified, and the initial plan did not include electricity, though conduit placement had been discussed. The council confirmed funds were available to move forward with the purchase process and voted to approve starting procurement and preparing the necessary contract documents.
The chair asked staff to continue working with the cemetery board to finalize drawings and gather local bids for site work once engineering specifications are ready.
