The town engineer updated the council on multiple infrastructure projects. For Phase IV sewer the engineer said line work is complete, the contractor has about two weeks of concrete and sidewalk work remaining, and paving will follow; a change order addressing concrete steps, stored materials and quantity adjustments will be presented at the next meeting.
Phase V sewer was reported as on hold. The engineer also said Phase I AMD is moving toward closeout with a forthcoming Change Order 3 for additional paving and screen and one or two pay applications remaining. For Phase II AMD the NEPA environmental assessment was submitted to the AML, comments were addressed and the package was resubmitted for final approval before sending to OSM.
Council did not take a final vote on change orders at the Oct. 22 meeting; the engineer said change orders and pay applications will appear on a future agenda.
