Council unanimously approves minutes, accounts payable and library board appointment

At its Dec. 10 meeting the Nutter Fort Town Council unanimously approved the Nov. 12, 2024 meeting minutes and accounts payable, and appointed Whitney Eagle to the Nutter Fort Library Board.
The Nutter Fort Town Council met Dec. 10, 2024, and unanimously approved routine business items, including the minutes from the Nov. 12, 2024 meeting and the presented accounts payable. Councilor Charlene Louk moved to approve the minutes, with Councilor Rick Lafferty seconding; the motion passed unanimously. Councilor Rick Lafferty moved to approve the accounts payable handout, seconded by Charlene Louk; that motion also passed unanimously.
The council also voted to appoint Whitney Eagle to the Nutter Fort Library Board following a recommendation from the library board. Councilor Charlene Louk moved to accept the appointment; Councilor Rick Lafferty seconded and the appointment was approved by unanimous vote. No roll-call vote breakdown was recorded in the minutes for these items.
