Council agrees to partner on Oct. 26 Halloween/Fall Festival on PA Avenue

The Town of Nutter Fort voted unanimously to partner with Cartoon Headquarters to host a Halloween/Fall Festival on Oct. 26 on PA Avenue from noon to 8 p.m. The event will include inflatables, food trucks, crafts and a beer garden; vendors are responsible for their own supplies and the Town will supply electric hookups for inflatables only.
Councilor Karen Phillips moved to approve the partnership; Councilor Rick Lafferty seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. Town staff noted the event would replace the Fire Department’s Halloween party and that items purchased for the town’s 100th celebration can be reused to minimize cost.
