The Starksboro Planning Commission voted unanimously June 18 to forward revised bylaws to the selectboard for their review and consideration. Luke McCarthy, Planning Commission member, moved that the commission send the bylaws to the selectboard: "L. McCarthy moves to forward the bylaws to the selectboard for their review and consideration." Dan Nugent seconded; the motion passed "All in favor."
Commissioners reviewed a bylaws summary sheet prepared by Dan Kuzio (member, unable to attend) before making the referral. The vote sends the current draft and summary to the selectboard for its review; the selectboard will determine any further edits or adoption steps.
