Council approves amendment to subdivision agreement to add Basswood Drive resurfacing; city will reimburse subdivider

Staff presented Resolution R13226, a second amendment to an agreement with Sub 0 Group Incorporated concerning subdivision improvements for lots recorded as CSM 14235. The original 2016 agreement required public improvements to be completed within 18 months; design issues delayed construction on Basswood Drive and the subdivider is now prepared to finish the remaining improvements.
Staff said the subdivider agreed to resurface an additional portion of Basswood Drive and the city will reimburse the subdivider for actual costs from the city's street resurfacing fund to avoid unnecessary joints in the new pavement. The committee voted to approve the amendment by voice vote.
