Operations report: lake drawdown and recycled-water deliveries largely steady; additional CLAWA purchases due to Cedar Glen outage

Brooks noted lake draw is down about 50 acre-feet and wells-to-system production is down about 30 acre-feet. Recycled-water deliveries to the golf course totalled 110 acre-feet this year versus 98 acre-feet last year. Public comment followed the report.
