The board approved amendments to the Feb. 18, 2025 regular meeting minutes (attendee additions and line edits) on a motion by Michael Walsh, seconded by Carol Vaughan. On the same meeting, motions accepting the financial statements and adjourning (at 2:52 p.m.) were passed unanimously. Mr. Adams said he will email the board when investment statements are posted and follow up on outstanding action items.
