The Columbia Heights City Council approved its consent agenda by unanimous vote (4-0) on June 22, 2026. Items on the consent agenda included approval of prior meeting minutes, adoption of Resolution 2026-041 to amend the capital equipment budget (Fund 431) to replace Unit 0402 with a 2026 Ford F-350 4x4 XLT with forestry upfitting, and adoption of Resolution 2026-044 approving special legislation related to the Alatus Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District at 4300 Central.
The Council also accepted the work and authorized final payment of $24,899.79 to Concrete Idea, Inc. for the 2024 Safe Routes to School, City Project 1807; approved amendments to the Columbia Heights Volunteer Relief Association bylaws; approved the license and rental occupancy agendas; and reviewed claims paid totaling $1,056,647.00. All consent items were approved on a single motion; no separate votes on individual consent items were recorded in the minutes.
