Board members discussed the operating account held with SunTrust and agreed to add consideration of opening an investment account with BankUnited to the next meeting agenda. No vote was taken on bank changes at the Sept. 17 meeting; accepting the unaudited statements was approved on a motion by Mr. Rhodes and seconded by Ms. Vaughan.
