Melanie Greer moved that the committee recommend to the MMBOA that a permit be issued for the sole purpose of finishing the brick work and drying in the building; the motion, seconded by Lee Sahler, passed with all members voting "AYE." The minutes specify that a new permit will be required once the full design has been approved.
