Town eyes more speed cameras as $103,000 in unpaid citations sent to collections

Smith reported that the first batch of unpaid citations, totaling $103,000, has gone to collections and TaxServ will manage collection of amounts more than 90 days past due, sending weekly checks to the town after deducting its commission. Town staff also confirmed that all speed‑enforcement revenue and expenses will be recorded in a dedicated Speed Enforcement Fund effective July 1, 2026.
