Gluckstadt ARC approves minutes, tables church review and allows limited work at 110 Weisenberger Rd

The Gluckstadt Architectural Review Committee on Feb. 3, 2026, approved the minutes of its Jan. 20 meeting and handled several agenda items by unanimous votes. Committee members Kayce Saik (Chairman), Melanie Greer (Vice Chairman) and Lee Sahler were present for the meeting called to order at 3:00 p.m.
The committee tabled an architectural review for Mt Pleasant Baptist Church because church representatives were not present and asked that exterior color samples be provided when the item is returned. On a separate item concerning renovations at 110 Weisenberger Rd, the committee recommended allowing the owner to finish the brick front and "dry in" the building but prohibited any further work until a full design plan is submitted and approved through the proper channels. Several procedural motions, including a recommendation to change the ARC regular meeting date to the third Tuesday of the month, were forwarded to the MMBOA.
