The library director presented the director's report and highlighted several operational items. She said staff discussed a request for a part-time position to support moving toward Sunday hours, noted union involvement would be required before hours change, and said the city budget meeting was delayed to next week.
"I sent you a library director report, and, I don't actually have anything to add," the director said, summarizing the report and opening for questions. She added that the city survey returned about 134 responses and that "nobody in that particular survey said the library needs more money," while cautioning the survey sample included many new residents and students.
