After deliberation, Chair Ryan Marshall moved to approve the variance on condition that the applicant eliminate impacts within the 25-foot buffer. Vice-Chair Don Keeling seconded; the vote was Keeling—aye, McDaniels—nay, Tamadon—aye, Marshall—aye, resulting in a 3–1 approval. Staff was directed to prepare findings of fact and conclusions of law.
