On May 21 the Brentwood Architectural Review Board approved a rear addition and covered porch at 72 York that will extend the family room 18 feet into the backyard. Architect Matt Wolf described the design and told the board that, for budget reasons, "they had eliminated a few items due to cost."
Paul Turner moved to approve the project with the noted deletions; Carl Karlen seconded the motion and the board voted in favor. The approval authorizes the exterior work shown in the submitted plans and allows the applicant to proceed to the permitting stage subject to standard staff review.
