Board approves artist shop sign amendment and permits bakery operation from attached garage

Zoning staff said sign specifications and placement would be worked out with the office and Cindy Hitchcock.
Eli Hostetler asked to operate a wholesale bakery from an attached garage with deliveries only and no in-person retail. Kramer and the Board corrected the permit paperwork to list the facility as an attached garage and approved a one‑year permit, while reminding Hostetler staff will require Certificates of Occupancy and inspections before full operation.
Both approvals were unanimous; staff will follow up on sign specifications, occupancy certificates and applicable inspections.
