Applicant Renita Back told the Board the interior is being finished and the plan is to begin hosting small gatherings in the fall; she said a designer recommended no more than 20 guests for indoor events. The Board approved the one‑year renewal under Section 816.03, Letter O with a unanimous roll-call vote. Staff noted the driveway/parking arrangement had Engineer’s Office review and will monitor compliance if bookings begin.
The approval is for one year; the owners may apply for extensions pending neighborhood response and compliance with access/parking guidance from the county engineer.
