The adopted slate names Kathleen Lonergan as chair and Arthur Rhodes as vice chair. Michael Walsh, Carol Vaughan and Stephen Putman were appointed assistant secretaries. The resolution specifically removed Janice Benedetti from the Assistant Secretary role; other prior appointments such as Craig Wrathell (Secretary and Treasurer) and Jeff Pinder (Assistant Treasurer) were noted as unaffected.
