Chuck Adams, the district manager and a notary, administered the Oath of Office to Arthur Rhodes (Seat 1), Stephen Putman (Seat 2) and Michael Walsh (Seat 3) at the Heritage Pines Community Development District meeting on Dec. 10, 2024. "Mr. Adams, a Notary of the State of Florida and duly authorized, administered the Oath of Office to Mr. Rhodes, Mr. Putman and Mr. Walsh," the minutes state.
Adams also reviewed required filings and ethics obligations for board members, including electronic filing of Form 1 with the Commission on Ethics and a four-hour ethics training requirement for current and incumbent board members by Dec. 31, 2024. He noted that Mr. Putman, who did not previously serve on the board, is not subject to the 2024 training deadline.
