During public comment, resident Seifallah Bey of 4830 Donald Ave. asked whether Belle Oaks could repair the city pool "in good faith." Mayor Kim A. Thomas responded that the city is working to rebuild the pool area and will hold a conversation with Belle Oaks. Building Commissioner Rudy Hilliard also noted letters were sent to residents about early-morning concrete pours required for heat-sensitive work and that Phase 2 of the Belle Oaks project has begun.
