The commission also ratified work that added an outdoor potable water faucet at Dan Raven Plaza to support an upcoming city‑sponsored food market and approved HVAC repairs to the Toll Theater lobby to restore conditioned air for visitors. The council approved awarding drywall and carpet repairs at 5209 Homan Avenue to Calumet Painting and Restoration as the low bidder. All motions passed on recorded roll calls (5‑0).
