She said she made small changes since the first reading and specifically added an additional $35,000 for two digital reader boards to be paid from the street fund with a one‑time transfer recorded across funds. "We added an additional $35,000 for 2 digital reader boards," Reed said.
Reed also noted that Fund 35 (Facilities Fund) would be brought below the reserve policy because of the amendment. The finance and technology committee recommended approval and the council adopted the budget amendment on second reading by voice vote.
