Oldsmar budgets St. Pete Drive roundabout and WRF resiliency work in FY27

The WRF resiliency improvements are budgeted at $1.8 million; RO plant upgrades include $600,000 for carbon dioxide system improvements and $220,000 for blending disinfection work to add redundancy and secure water quality. Staff said grant funding will be pursued where eligible and that some project timing was rebudgeted between FY26 and FY27 to align with procurement and permitting schedules.
