"As it say states, this is construction engineering or observation during construction of the community crossing matching grant project resurfacing of 165th from Kennedy to Grama," the chair said while introducing the item. The motion to approve was recorded as moved by Commissioner Prieto and seconded by Commissioner Muda; the roll-call vote was 5 in favor, no dissent, and the motion carried.
