Growth Management staff provided an overview and introduced Wayne Flowers, chair of the LAMP Conservation Board, who explained the ranking methodology. Multiple residents and local stakeholders spoke in support of conserving the listed properties and urged creative financing and partnerships to secure acquisitions. In response, Board members emphasized maintaining funding for LAMP and pursuing grant or partner funding where possible. The motion to approve the ranking list carried 5-0 and instructs staff to initiate purchase negotiations; any actual purchases will return to the Board when a purchase price is secured.
