County renews HVAC, plumbing contracts and approves backup ISP circuits

Staff said they were exercising the final renewal options for HVAC services (RFP 1251‑24) with Larry’s Heating and Air and plumbing/sewer services (RFB 1252‑24) with Davis Quality Contracting for one additional year (July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027) with no price increases. “We're just exercising the last renewal year, and mister Serna's good with it, and there's no price increase,” a staff presenter said.
The court also authorized entering an agreement with Pathways Communications to provide backup internet circuits at the county courthouse and the district courthouse; staff confirmed funds were budgeted for the backup circuits.
All three items were approved by motion and passed without recorded dissent.
