A motion to roll over the tree-management funds into FY27 for Acton Hill Cemetery cleanup was moved and approved by voice vote. Members asked highway staff and volunteers to coordinate site visits and for the board to seek three estimates from tree companies if contractor work is needed. "So my understanding thus far has been potentially using those funds to compensate the volunteers that Charlie has identified," one board member said during discussion.
