The Board of Trustees approved a temporary adjustment to Town Administrator Rick Rumsey's weekly hours, setting his schedule to 32 hours for the week of Dec. 16–20, 2024. Trustee Patrick McCotter moved the change and Vice Mayor Melody Anderson seconded; the vote was unanimous.
Under the police department agenda item (listed as Bob Johnson), the minutes record that Erica Sebourn read a letter to the board and submitted her resignation effective Dec. 26, 2024; the minutes do not specify Sebourn's position. Town Administrator Rick Rumsey also reported project updates: Tulsa County will clean out ditches next week on the north side of West Main Street, and, per the Indian Nation Council of Governments, Tulsa County is responsible for the trail.
