Sperry trustees approve multiple demolition and building permits, Planning Commission recommended approval

The Sperry Board of Trustees on Dec. 12 approved a set of demolition and building permits that had been recommended by the Planning Commission. Trustees approved a demolition permit and three building permits for 111 S. Cincinnati Ave., 113/115 S. Cincinnati Ave., and 117 S. Cincinnati Ave. requested by Premier Concrete and Construction. The motion passed unanimously after Trustee Patrick McCotter moved and Trustee David Cassidy seconded.
The board also approved a demolition permit and building permit for 211 S. Cincinnati Ave. requested by Paula Butler and Seal-Rite Contractors, Inc., and a building permit for North Point Church to construct a 60-by-30-foot garage and storage building. Trustee Melody Anderson moved to approve the church permit; Trustee Kelly Wensman seconded. All permit votes recorded in the minutes were unanimous and no conditions or special inspections were recorded in the minutes.
