Councilor offers AI scan to prioritize outdated ordinances

Staff cautioned AI results would not replace the necessary page-by-page legal and policy review, but several members welcomed the idea as a way to reduce redundant consultant effort and to surface obvious conflicts for human review.
Members directed the offer be coordinated with the UDO consultants so work is not duplicated and emphasized that any AI-flagged items would require attorney review before any ordinance amendments.
