Trustees approved a remodel/building permit for 24 W. Ash Place (applicant listed as Justin Phillip) and tabled a parking request from resident Darren Prock concerning 4th Street and W. Birch Place on legal advice. The board took no action on a tiny‑home request for 210 W. Ada, noting requirements the applicant must meet before formal approval, including minimum heated living space and submission of building plans. The board also approved the town’s proposed 2025 meeting schedules for multiple boards and commissions. The meeting adjourned at 8:03 p.m.
