The Calipatria Unified School District Board of Trustees approved the district’s 2024–25 Unaudited Actual Expenditure Report at its Sept. 15 special meeting. Rosa Medina, the district chief business officer, discussed the 2024–25 actuals and the district’s proposed revisions to the 2025–26 budget before trustees voted.
A motion to discuss the report was made by Trustee Raul (R.) Navarro and seconded by Trustee Michael Fong; Trustee Fong then moved to approve the report and Trustee Brittany Saiza seconded that motion. The minutes record the approval by roll call: six aye votes with Trustee Frank Perez recorded as absent.
