Eagle URA approves amendment to AF Public Solutions contract raising Ashley's hourly rate

Legal counsel summarized a proposed amendment to the professional services agreement between the Urban Renewal Agency and AF Public Solutions LLC that "amends the hourly rate of compensation for Ashley, from 08/01/2025 to September 30 at 160 per hour, and then the rate, from 10/01/2025 to the end of the contract term... at 175," counsel said. Counsel also noted Exhibit A incorrectly listed the agency as the City of Meridian and said the record needed correction.
Commissioner X moved to approve Resolution 25-019, "a resolution of the board of commissioners of the Urban Renewal Agency of Eagle, Idaho approving the amendment to the professional services agreement... between the Eagle Urban Renewal Agency and AF Public Solutions LLC," and the board seconded and adopted the resolution by roll call. The chair and members thanked Ashley for her work and noted the amendment reflects market adjustment and continuity of consultant services.
The board instructed staff to correct Exhibit A and to authorize the chairman or vice chair and secretary to execute the amendment and take necessary implementation steps.
