Redevelopment official urges folding noise rules into Nashville’s UDO process

They recommended inviting the consultant already working on the UDO to help prescribe noise provisions based on experience with other communities.
The speaker characterized the current public input as constructive and said stakeholders on both sides were beginning to find common ground. Town staff acknowledged the point and said public comments and surveys will be used to shape follow-up proposals rather than producing an immediate up-or-down vote.
