A town staff member (speaker 1) urged residents to review a revised draft ordinance on the town website and attend a public input session on Thursday, April 23 at 5:30 p.m. at Town Hall to offer feedback on regulating noise and outdoor music in Nashville. "There is a survey on the town's website, on the town council page that, you can input, your your thoughts and feelings on that survey," the staff member said, noting the consultant REA is collecting responses as part of the process.
The staff member reported that earlier in the week 45 people had submitted responses to the survey and that REA, the consultant preparing the town's UDO, will lead the public input session. Residents who do not use digital tools were told paper copies of the draft are available at Town Hall. Council encouraged participation and review prior to next meeting discussion.
