Board completes executive session, approves transfers, hires and extra-duty list
Summary

The Weatherford Public Schools Board of Education convened an executive session at 6:37 p.m. on Oct. 14 under 25 O.S. §307(B)(1) to discuss personnel matters including transfers, hires and extra-duty assignments for the 2024–25 school year. After returning to open session, the board approved the superintendent's recommendations on transfers (Exhibit A), support staff hires (Exhibit B), adjunct certified temporary contracts (Exhibit C), and the revised extra duty list (Exhibit D). Each recommendation was approved by recorded roll-call vote.
The minutes list specific personnel in the attached exhibits: transfers within the district included Cindy Lawrence (paraprofessional at Burcham) and Tamika Smith (kitchen cook at WMS).
