The board recorded General Fund encumbrances #266–#325 totaling $99,256.45, a Child Nutrition encumbrance #19 for $10,278.00, Bond Fund 32 encumbrance #1 for $10,278.00 and Bond Fund 38 encumbrance #1 for $17,572.00. The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Aaron Clewell and seconded by Dwight McGee; the vote was 5-0 in favor (Cox, McGee, Wigington, Clewell, Flynn).
The approvals allow routine fiscal and administrative items to proceed without separate votes. Board members present included President Flynn and board members Shawn Cox, Dwight McGee, Andy Wigington and Aaron Clewell. The consent agenda also incorporated standard activity fund and treasurer reports required for district financial oversight.
