Bell also urged the council to maintain a midnight alcohol cutoff citing local DUI concerns and said she would support the ordinance keeping the cutoff if it reduces harm. Councilmembers thanked longtime Councilmember Huson for his service; Huson said he has served since 1996 and will resign once his visa arrives.
