Finance Director Patrick Dolan presented a FY26 budget schedule and recommended commissioners schedule time to meet with department heads in January or February for budget hearings; he said year-to-date figures indicate roughly $400,000 in savings and that overall staffing is nearly full. Chief Michael Mitchell reported 393 calls for service in the past week, noted three deputies are graduating from the academy and that MSAD59’s School Resource Officer started last week.
Commissioner Johnson moved to approve the warrant and Commissioner Seekins seconded; the motion carried 4-0.
