The board then approved Resolution 24-174 to accept the Treasurer’s Warrant for General Fund ($71,833.80), SCJ ($347,530.89) and Unorganized Territories ($68,220.43), for a total of $487,585.12. Commissioner John Alsop moved the motion, Commissioner Scott Seekins seconded, and the vote carried 5-0.
Why it matters: routine warrant approvals move county payments and obligations forward; closing the prior fiscal year allows auditors to begin their formal review and reporting processes.
