The Board of Adjustment approved a variance for applicant James McGregor to reduce the setback from the right-of-way to 35 feet for a new construction project. Anna Flogstad, Zoning Administrator, presented the application and the board approved the request following discussion.
The board also approved a conditional use for applicant Jason Dabbert to transfer building eligibility from one quarter-quarter to another, with the applicant present. Later the Planning Commission approved a plat showing Tract 1 of Hofer Addition under SDCL Chapter 11-6.
