Middlebury Conservation Commission recommends bond release, approves minutes and adjourns

In other business the commission unanimously recommended that the Board of Selectmen release the basin planting bond for Hunting Ridge after a motion by Joe Bernardi and a second by Joseph Martino. The commission also approved the June 30 meeting minutes unanimously, and adjourned the July 28 meeting at 7:47 p.m. on a motion by Peggy Gibbons and seconded by Mr. Martino.
Recording clerk Jennifer Rivera noted the minutes were transmitted to Town Clerk Brigitte Bessette. These procedural items concluded the meeting after substantive discussions and votes on the four applications described above.
