Photos compared last month’s trenching and excavation to current framing and drywall work on upper floors, and staging was visible in the future double‑height media center.
Committee members asked about remaining schedule and budget risks. Suffolk said major structural and demolition concerns are behind the project and that the remaining work is mostly finishes and more predictable, though smaller corrective items and hardware lead times remain. The contractor and staff established August 17 and August 24 benchmark walk‑throughs to confirm punch‑list completion and handoff before students return for the fall term.
