Superintendent Angelita V. Ortiz noted the district already has a counselor at Grace Smith School and described the MOU as the funding/arrangement for services for the remainder of the school year. The motion to approve was made by Trustee Raul Navarro, seconded by Trustee Holly Widmann, and passed by roll call 5 ayes, 2 absent.
