Property manager presents repair quotes; Board asks for alternatives and budgeting in 2027

The Board asked Ebsen to investigate alternative solutions before authorizing the quoted work and reiterated that any future projects should be added to the 2027 budget.
Register of Deeds Caryn Hojer raised additional repair items, including window repairs and concerns about the garage painting and carpet extractor. The Board asked Ebsen to follow up with installers and suppliers. No spending authorization for the basement flooring or other larger projects was recorded; the Board advised budgeting them for 2027.
