Mrs. Adams told the board she is working with accounting to reconcile the 2022A and 2022B notes and will update the unaudited financial statements to include MRI Construction Proposal CB131 to block one end (rather than both ends) of a drainage pipe. Mr. Blumenthal asked whether MRI worked on the water line at Glen Eagles last week; Mr. Krebs said Lee County Utilities handles those repairs and he will confirm post-meeting whether there is any damage to roadways or curbs.
The proposed 5-year budget (2023–2029) appeared on the agenda but was not discussed. Staff will update reports and present any outstanding contractor or roadway issues at a future meeting.
