River Ridge board adopts Resolution 2025-02, elects officers

On nomination by Supervisor Terry Mountford, the board elected Bob Schultz as chair and named Mr. Mountford vice chair; Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill were nominated as assistant secretaries.
Mrs. Chesley “Chuck” Adams presented the resolution and the motion to adopt was made by Mr. Mountford and seconded by Mr. Blumenthal; the minutes record the resolution was adopted (no dissent is recorded in the minutes). The action follows routine annual officer elections and leaves several prior staff appointments in place, including Mr. Adams as secretary and Craig Wrathell as treasurer and assistant secretary.
